Many staff members asked for more information about the Growth Mindset after October 14th’s PD presentation.  A folder named “Growth Mindset” has been placed in the building common drive.  It includes articles and a list of resources including links to activities and videos.

I found this article that would be great for sixth or seventh graders to read when getting started on thinking about mindset. Youcangrowyourintelligence

For the November 4th PD, in addition to bringing student artifacts, don’t forget to bring a sign to hang that states the thinking move you used to determine which routine you selected.  If you have any questions about this, please see a literacy coach.

In case you didn’t see it before, here is a link to the video from our October 13th PD.  Thank you again to the wonderful presenters for all of their hard work and effort.  http://vimeo.com/109157388

Each week new and exciting additions are made to our Think from the Middle website.  Be sure to check it out!  We would love to have your video posted next!
